Clear Tank pad??
Anyone know where I can get a clear tank pad that I can pu ton with the new paint job and still be able to see the racing stripes but protect the tank?

Just a word of caution, if you use a clear tank pad be sure to get the edges sealed, if you have the tiniest bit of gap on the top side debris will get down in there and after several washes you will start to notice it. That is if you are anal retentive freak like me, I think most would probably not even notice it.

If you get the tankslapper, you can remove and replace it anytime you want. No need to worry about debris or crooked installation. Also, you can remove it to clean underneath. I love mine. No one notices it.

if you put on a clear tank pad make sure to wear some latex gloves. Your finger prints will show up on the glue of the clear tank pad if you dont wear gloves.
