Brocks Busa went 8.99 .. Brocks old 06 zx14 goes 9.00.. JesseJames goes 8.98
Brocks 08 Busa goes 8.99 with Richard Gadsons riding ...GET this Brocks old 06 zx14 goes 9.00 with Chip Ellis riding !!!!!
I just got off the phone with JesseJames82 and Jesse ran a 8.98 on motor with a 12:00 Oclock wheely !!!!! Way to go Jesse !!!!! Jesses bike is the fastest zx14 in ET street and i think he told me his 8.98 was the fastest bike in the class ...8.98 @ 153 with a 1.47 60 footer ....

smokin I would be more interested in Richards and chips mph as thats a better indicator of hp. do you know what it was?

And I don't care which bike did it, 8 anything on stock wheelbase is fast.

Jesse didn't give me MPH just the ETs ...His phone was breaking up and we was busy trying to run down Brock and talk to him ... I will talk to him later tonight and see if he got the MPH numbers but i bet they are close ... 
This is what we needed Brock to do but do it with both bikes being 08s and not an 06 Vs 08 ....

Damn Jesse, man you guys are back and forth with this chit and making me hang on to this old '06 until some more data gets posted. That '06 is riding man. Glad to see both bikes running well. I suppose the 14 can and will also go into the 8's soon.

No Jesse is setting at 63 inches .. 93 Pump gas... Jesse just started racing 1/2 a year ago and has come a long way in a very short time ...Keep an eye on 21 year old JesseJames because he only weighs 110 pounds and is getting better everyday ....Smokin...

WOW! So Chip is still on stock wheelbase with the '06 then on that 9 flat pass. Impressive either way and I assume that the busa is stock wheelbase as well.

Update from Gainesville....... Jesse ran raced J Teasley first round and ran a
9.94 @ 153 and broke out on a 9.98 Dail in ... J Teasley broke out also but Jesse broke out .03 more than Teasley... Very close race ....
Bently Brocks 8.99 run was at 155 and Chips pass on the 06 zx14 was also 155 mph .....Looks like the 06 zx14 is making the same power as the 08 Busa ......

Smokin do you mean 8.98 dail or did Jesse slow up ? And yes if both where 155 that's good. I Know My Busa is making 7 more hp then my 14 did and the 14 had 3000 miles on it. 7 hp should be noticable at the track and I would think another 2 hp is there from some miles on it. either way I've said all along the bikes would be close!

That sounds about right, Brock's 06 zx14 197hp and his 08 Busa 200hp maybe .5 to 1 mph because of the extra 3hp, real close though.

Did Rickey ever make anymore passes on the 08 14 or did he give up because of no PC to tune it?

Jesse said RG didn't make anymore passes yet ...He may make some more passes today as well as brock ... They have a light head wind today and it's a little hotter also ....

Yup it his first 8 second passes .... Jesse is very happy ... He was a bit unhappy to line up against the points leader for his first round... Brock went out first round also but was happy because he ran a 9.25 on his busa ...

9.25 from brock is pretty good because he is no light weight anymore (sorry Brock) and to me that's more impressive then richards 8.99.
