HELP!!! My Buddy is Buying A BUSA!!!!!!!
Please help me talk him out of buying that ugly beast. It is between the ZX14 or the Busa. He actually likes the way the Busa looks! I will show him all posts in an effort to stop him. Please help!!!!!

Get him to ride both, he will choose wisely. Trust me. There is no comparision to the 14. The 14 is a much more stable machine. The 07 busa is 99 technology, although its still a really nice bike, it still is old news. There maybe that will help..

i have 02 busa that kills any new bike out.o yea im turbo charged.you should want him to get it so you 2 can compare the 2.have fun let him buy what he likes

The Busa is a beast with a truly bad rep and a lot of history. I see nothing wrong with buying one, since I've owned 2 myself. I'm betting the 08 Busa will be as good as the ZX14 in most areas and better in some others. I like the 3 position map switch, something KAW should have as well. Yes, I prefer the ZX14 for looks over the Busa, but to some, the Busa is gorgeous. It's all very subjective and I'll bet that the 08 Busa will still outsell the 08 ZX14 this year once again. Tell your buddy to enjoy whatever he buys; both bikes are quite able, although that Micky Mouse rear end really makes me laugh it up every time I see it...

Looks like war of the worlds death ray. Both great bikes but i have owned several suzukis and only 3 kaws and the kaw seems easyier to do maint valve adjust etc. Ride both he will chose the 14 i did. I went to the dealer to buy a busa and rode them both within the same day same conditions. The 14 felt smaller more agile and brakes where more responsive in the feel. The head lights on the 14 are the best i have ever seen more like my 4 runner than any bike. so if its important to him he should test ride it at night. Hell just buy both if he likes the busa better after long rides he wont have any problem selling the 14 other way around good luck.

Not in my local shop. To many busa on the floor now 07s if they bring in the 08s the 07s are instantly worth less than a honda elite 250 scooter. So $9200 for a 07 busa and another 4 grand to try to keep up with the 14 you can buy the honda elite and a 14.

Let's face it - rice is rice - if he like minute made or otherwise.... what difference does it make - ric is a commodity - brand loyalty is misplaced.... and let's face it - to most of the world Busas rule.... tell him to buy what he likes and pay no attention to the preferences of others.
