Poll Question:
How would you rank your Kawasaki Dealer?

If you could give your dealer a score on 1-10 what number would your local shop get?
Consider all the factors before you vote.

From the pre-purchase sale - to the parts guys and the quality of shop work.
If you were ranking them and putting a Grade up beside their door for everyone to see...

What would the Number be?

Searcy, AR (4 out of 10)

Bought my bike there, and while it was a good experience, the people who made it such are now gone from there. Also the parts and services departments are known not to be the best, and a bit of a joke.

My most recent experience did it for me, i have spent a decent amount of money there, they stil refuse to give me a discount of any kind. They also wanted to charge me an additional $50 to have it here by Friday (called tuesday morning)(this is based off of my need for a Clutch Hub and Spring Bolts) Called another dealer that is 30 miles away, $10 cheaper overall, and parts will be here Friday for no additional charge.

The dealer that i purchase from has great pricing i have bought 8 units from them . but they have no service department my bikes will have to be taken to Burnaby Kawi for major issues . no offence to where i buy from but good mechanics are impossible to find in the north .
i voted 4 out 10 based on the shop .

Perth Western Australia 6 out of 10,dealer is ok, I find the Kawasaki head office in Sydney just a pain in the arse. I had a slight problem with paint bubbling, only a small area above the oil filler cap, I mentioned it on the first service and guess what I have heard from them since, DEAD SILENCE. Our market is to small in Aus so they don't give a stuff.

I drive to Chicago to buy my bikes, local dealers(Milwaukee area) will only drop a few hundred off list price and act like its their cost.....

Champion Cycle center-Chicago
Don't really know how they are, other than buying my bike there,
i try to never go back unless its for a recall. Do all my own repairs/service.

I follow my mechanic not my dealership. The local dealer, Woodson's ( as in Rod Woodson pro football player) is a bit of a joke. I will always buy Kaw's, have been on them since 1989 but I have no problem wheeling the 14 into the Yamaha dealership that my mechanic works at.

Cant really say my local dealership is a, Ducati, Guzzi, yamaha, hardlyableson, and Kawasaki, Sales dept folks are great and the sales Gal aint bad to look at either. But the service dept manager is a dumb ass. Had new tires put on my goldwing and the rims looked like they ran the bike without tires. Deep gouges and scratches abound. Still pissed !

Echo cycle of Edmonton reneged on my deal after having $2000 down for 4 months and the bike paid in full, in cash for 3weeks.

I was the 1st Alberta sale for an 06 ZX14, December 28, 2005 with the $2000 deposit.
Then Paid in full April 2nd 2006, before the bike was even on shore.
Then I found out they were selling bikes out from under me instead of fullfilling my deal.

They were selling them full retail, and the deal i cut was for $2500 UNDER MSRP.

I bought my bike from a different dealer May 3rd 2006.
It was delivered with crate damage.......

The crate damage looked to be created with a forklift.
When I was 18 I operated forklifts, loading pulp and paper into rail cars.
I could see stabbing a crate once by accident, but 3-4 times....

I still think Alta Kawi guy had something to do with it all..... he 's a a Kawi rep I burned after the 2006 Edmonton motorcycle show on this forum.

I'd like to meet him face to face and give him a piece of this!
