Smokins NOS set up ............................

A lot of Members have Email me asking me about my NOS set up ..So here it is ......

This is the solenoid set up and location

Duel lines to the ram air tubes .

Nos lines plumed into the ram air tubes

other side

Bottle and swing arm

Full throttle switch

Lines under tank to ram air tubes

I set the P/C to 6 bars or 12% rich on the high side face plate button ...The throttle switch turns on the spray at 100 % or full throttle .... The switch grounds the solenoid , power for the solenoid comes from the turn signal power feed just below the fuse box .....I have an arming switch located in the tool box so i can cut the system off when not in use ...

By setting the P/C to full rich along with the nozzles in the ram air before the filter i was able to soften the hit of the spray for drag racing .... I can go to full throttle in first and not flip the bike...If it does try to wheely just just let off as you would on motor and the spray turns off .. It's kind of a poor mans NOS controller.....

I run a 32 N20 jet ( 30 shot ) and at this setting i have run 8.56 @ 163 ...I have yet to try a 36 jet ( 40 shot )
With a 2 1/2 pound bottle you can get 6 1/8 mile runs and about 4 1/4 mile runs before a refill..... I will not print where i got the NOS system ( spam ) but you can email me for the info... All this costs right around 380 .00 bucks and that includes bottle brackets and welding mounts to the swing arm ....Not a bad bang for the buck... Smokin....
