cooling problem solved..!!

Took the fenders off and looked in the radiator, and saw no liquid at all... bet the 200 mph runs causes allot of cooling liquid to spil.... In combination with the higher compression I'm running. running fine again..

No to rain on your parade, but better safe than sorry...

I have ran mine at top speed many many many times, almost every day I ride it
and have never had that issue.
Have you checked the thermostat? The rad should suck the level back out of the rad while the bike cools.
A coolant pressure test when the engine is still hot would be ideal.

If it were my bike I would be concerned about the headgasket.
Sometimes they will leak just enough under combustion pressure (increased compression) to push the coolant into the resevoir, but will not suck any into the cylinders.
This is why many will o-ring the head gasket when they bump compression or go turbo/supercharger.

Dubious was optimistic to early.....it's a blown gasket..... hear air bubling in the radiator, and the resevoir stays full after it cooled down...... bring it to my tuner this week..

If the machinist did the work right, and everything was properly torqued, then there are other issues at hand....

Better get him to order some cylinder head studs from Schnitz, orient , APE or what have you... looks like you found the limit of the stockers...

Along with decking heads and blocks, i also have stretched many head studs!

All part of the game!

Sorry to hear that it's the head gasket after all. Were you going to JD11 if the bike is ready in time?
I doubt if I can make it now as GT Motorcycles is moving shops and time is just too precious.
