What Do YOU Think?
Met a guy the other day and he wants to get rid of his Brock's Gen'3 Full system. Wants $530 for it. Made about 20 passes on it and decided to go with the smeg.
What's your opinion. What affect does it have on gas mileage I put alot of miles on my bike and sometimes end up in some back roads nowhere close to a gas station. So if it would affect the mpg too much I may not take that offer.
Plus If it's too loud at low rpm, I may still have to walk away. Sometimes that's required in certain aspects of my job. Haven't heard one in person yet so I don't know what to expect.
Also, what's the maintenance like on the aftermarket stuff.
Any insight would be helpful.

the Gen 3 should give you an SMALL increase in MPG and it is not loud at all it is quieter then most full systems I have heard for the 14 there are no maintenance issues... and that is a STEAL!!!!!!!!! if you dont get it let me know I will take it FOR SURE!!!!!!!!

Oh and the reason you may lose 2 to 3 is because you will be on the throttle more because of the sweet sound. LOL.

My carbon gen3 got so loud after a few thousand miles I thought it may need repacking. I lost a few MPG after putting the full system on. For performance, loss of weight, and many other factors I'm extremely pleased with the system.

I've been running the Gen 3 for two years now and love it, no issues whatsoever, and the customer support can NOT be mathched.
As for Fuel consumption.... no real difference except as stated above, you will find yourself cracking it open more often as it does sound so damn nice.
If you do need to ride quietly, you can... unlike some other systems that are loud all the time.
