Muzzy Turbo?
I was wondering, has anybody here tried or know of somebody that has installed the muzzy turbo. I was hoping to get some kind of numbers and opinions on how you felt about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

I'm waiting for somebody to install that turbo also, and share the info with us. After my tuning I'm satisfied at this time, but promised my self a muzzy turbo kit next winter... (don't want to be the first.) and five thousend dollar is still a lot to ship it over to holland.

I love mine.......lots of room to upgrade as I'm finding out. Harry at ATP is re-doing my motor so I'd like to see 450hp out of it.....we'll see.
I was lucky enough to get the second kit, and so far its phenomenal. Wish I could say the same for the 14 motor. #3 rod bearing was a little stiff from the factory so I spun it. Not the turbo's fault, but it helped it along. No big deal though, I wasn't satisfied with 305hp because I'm not that good of a drag racer.
I figure with over 400hp I should be able to come up with some decent times.

I been talking to the boyz at muzzy, and one thing I do like it it has an external wastegate which lends itself to easy upgrades to progressive boost control, which the competitors do not offer with the integral internal wastegate turbo they are using in their kits.
Something to consider when bumping the power over 300 down the road.
JMO though....
