rear tire change

anyone have any ideas on how to pull the back tier of with no bike stand just a jack and jack stands. have an idea but more info is always useful.

The only safe way is to use bike stands, or you could just take it to a cycle shop and have them do it for ya. It ain't worth dropping your bike over, trust me!
