Something wierd here. That tire wouldnt even hook up on a bike with extensions,(on engine alone). Nitrous wouldnt even come into the question for breaking that extension with that tire. Ive hooked hard as hell at the track with extensions and never had a bit of problems. wierd wierd wierd.

I've got 3 really good friends running FAT shots of Nos on extensions....Please let us know what's up with these photos.

Looks like the swingarm broke instead of the extensions.

Didn't something like that happen to another bike on another site?Had to do with the axle not being torqued down and snapped the adjuster and pulled the wheel forward on one side.Bent the shit out of the swingarm(not extension)I can't picture that happening anywhere but on the line.Must of been fun loading that on the trailer!

it does look like something off road happened, where is the pipe? you will probably get as much useful info fom this as you did from the broke front end thing. it doesn't make sense.

Still wondering what happened, how many people spray right at the hit off the line and I don't see that taking place going down the track. say as in hitting the nos in second gear.

take a real good look at the caliper/brake stay lots of dust from aluminum not brake pad. looks to me like backing plate on extentions had been loose and wearing for quite some time an finally dug into arm at its thinnest point then snapped. Those look to be in my opinon a very good set of extentions if there whose i think they are but dont want to start anything here.BUT if they are i have sold them since production an only one simaular problem and it was due to a customer not peroticly torque ext and i found out later when he installed them they didnt get lock tite/atleast he admited it so we could inform others what not to due.His broke on dry hop after atleast 100 1/4&1/8 mile passes an it wasnt a 14/it wasnt even a kaw. bill at cannon cycles...

i really dont think this is from nitrous use ive seen guys way down in the eights on bolt on extensions. that tire in it is shit anyways

hmm...you would think it would rip that tab off before it tore the swing arm up...on another note if it happened during a pass you would think it would have pulled the bake line apart with the caliper whipping around like that...It would be nice if people posted up more info about this stuff instead of saying..."too much nitrous"...
