Big Texas Toy Run - Sunday, 12/17
This Sunday is the 21st annual Big Texas Toy Run in North Texas. Last year the event had over 48,000 motorcycles and over 70,000 people attend. They collected $110,000 in cash donations and $750,000 in toys for several local charities. The local news coverege is amazing, and the route highways are lined with bystanders taking it all in. It's a truly amazing sight to be seen!
Motorcycles gather in the Dallas West End, Fort Worth Sundance Square, and Grapevine Main Street. I've also heard that a group meets in Waxahachie too, but I can't find those details.
