Schnitz racing efir install help needed!!
"The efir module is designed to plug into the existing Crankshaft Trigger wiring harness. The connector is located under the right side of the throttle body assembly."
1. Do i have to remove both side fairings to get to this?
2. Next it says to "Connect red wire to +12v switched source(comes on with the ignition Switch)" black wire to the negative battery terminal.
3. yellow wire to a nos controller or +12 v activation source.
I'm only using the timing advancer feature and i'm not sure if i have to hook up the yellow wire at all.
Whats a good +12 v switched source to connect to the red wire?
I appologize for seeming a bit ignorant when it comes to wiring. thanks in advance!
ps: anyone have pics of this install??

I was going to try to help, but noticed I was in the 14 site. Mine is mounted in a 12R.
The box has to be activated, tho, to start it doing it's job, so the yellow wire will have to be activated by a button or wot switch or such.

#1.You only need to take off the right side to get to the connector
I used the power leads that went to the license plate light ,( Assuming that you have taken off the rear fender) see the white connector in the pic.
