New member, just pulled 'flies', need help!

Hello everybody -

Thanks in advance to eveyone on this forum, I've read alot and learned alot already.
Brock is obviously a genius and Flyboy is obviously an insanely brave lunatic.

Got my new ZX14 2 weeks ago, broke her in, and pulled the flies.

Big shout out to Brock, thanks for the speedy service in shipping me my wonderfully
complicated PC IIIusb.

Need help...

Heard the tales that the "Dynojet European ZZR1400 no flies stock exhaust" is too rich, so
I figured I'd start with that to be on the safe side. The bike pulls well and driveability has not
suffered at all, only improved throught the rev range. But I'm worried about fouling plugs and
gas mileage. Yes, I... NEED A MAP.

There's a reason I haven't just "added 2 bars to the lower end". Since I've examined Brocks
and Dynojets maps, I've learned there's alot more to a decent map than just adding 4%
below 4K. I have started leaning out the afore mentioned European map, but testing is slow
going since it's all done with my carefully calibrated "seat of the pants".

American ZX14, stock exhaust, no flies... there must be lots of us who have the same
configuration, this should be the most popular and well thought out map around... right?

If someone could email me one, I'd gladly forward some beer money to them.

Why the hell did Kawasaki sell the bike with secondary throttle plates in the first place?
It's far more driveable without them, and lets face it who wants to buy the "fastest production bike on the planet" which is a dog under 6K?

Make no sense to me at all, maybe it makes more sense to the lawyers at Kawasaki.

Thanks again guys, great forum, keep the sticky side down.
