Dyno done on the ZX-14 Turbo Keeping in mind for pump gas @ 9 psi, and ignition retart at -5* the bike pulled
268 hp. Im sure with a bit more tuning there's a few ponies left in it.
It picked up 100 hp over a "stock" bike. I'll keep posting as they continue to tune.

Cool Bob, i bet it makes the turbo zrx feel slow with a zx14 at 268 hp ..... Bob what did the fuel curve look like ?? How is the extra fuel added for 9 psi ( extra injector or P/C ?) or does it sqeeze the factory regulator on boost?....

I just found their site online.
If they are making 220 HP with an FXR, they have left alot on the table at 269 with your zx14.
the 14 should be very reliable in that state of tune.
That said, rideable power from a turbo would be held closely in second highest regard for me.
I mean, rideable and big #'s both nearly equally important.

The "added" fuel is no more than an external high pressure pump vacume regulated. The
stock in tank pump was removed and remapped PC III. The stock injectors are retained
on the bike.

Sounds good. You can look at the "standard" Busa turbo kits and they range anywhere from 230-250 rwhp....or i should say, street systems. It would be nice to see a reliable 300hp..but anything more than that on the street is pointless. Now give me a 600hp track set-up in a 14 that runs low 7's high 6's...wooohooo!

Bob, how are they retarding the timing?? Powercommander doesn't have an ignition module yet, and as you know the key to getting more hp out of a turbo without a rod sticking out is to retard the timing.
Looking forward to hopefully having the 2nd ZX14 turbo soon. I'll call Harry when he gets back.
