Did you just drill out where the 4 holes are at the back of the pipe?
Why only 1/4", looks like 1/2" would be sweet?

no down in the pipe 12 inch extention from lows and 1/4 drill bit

lietome, i did it for somebody already, and got 50$ for it. i shoulda asked for more like 80$. its a bit of work, but a simple task. im in lower NY if your close......
