I like the looks if they would come off and on easy but not for that much money, I keep using my 89 dollar soft bags.

if you have ever been on a multiday trip, hard bags are a great thing. Having things securely locked away while you are getting some food or doing the tourist thing is a great feeling.

First time taking a looking at those hard bags. I LIKE THEM! (I do not, currently, own a ZX-14, but will likely be purchasing in the spring...selling my Vulcan 1600 Classic right now)

My only concern with these bags is compatibility with the TiForce slip-ons. I know the high-mount slip-ons wouldn't work but if I have to go with Muzzy carbon fiber, I guess I can do that.

With an inch of clearance, I don't think that any low muffler system will be a problem. As I recall, I had the muzzy Ti Ovals on my ZZR1200 with the Corbin bags on it.

I'm still holding out for the OEM / Givi bags. The look a WHOLE LOT better than the Corbin bags, and I suspect the price will be a little cheaper too...

Hey stalwart, wait one week, and see my pics of my new exaust. Make Ti force look weak. I got the prototype for the 14, but they already have them for the gsxr1000 and the R1.

ordered corbins yesterday

After talking to Givi factory and hearing sometime in october and after talking to Kawasaki customer service who looked into it and called me back stating that Big K was not planning on offering any bags at this time, I was thrilled to see Corbin came up with a winning custom set. According to James at corbin two acorn nuts attach bags to small mounts that come off of footpeg and the other I believe was from frame rail- he did state mounting is very strong ,I do know that no mods to plastic are required -install very easy- on bike tested with a ZX14 in there shop to 175 and bags do not extend past front fairing bulge or handlebars. Also they stated that they felt all aftermarket slip ons would work.I ordered set yesterday (27th) approx 2week wait will advise when arrives.
