Crappy last few days..

Last night at the drags i broke my zrx1200 ... I blew the clutch hub and the motor has a hell of a knock .....I was going to take it apart today but my Swingarm Extension came in for the zx14 so i worked on it all day...
First thing that happened was the chain i got cheap from a friend was short 6 links ... So i robbed the chain off my zrx1200, i said what the hell the zrx1200 is not going anywhere ...
Second crappy thing was i wanted the Swingarm to only be 3 to 4 inches longer but the tire was hitting the chain gaurd bracket and i didn't want to cut it.. So the bike ended up being 5 1/2 inches over...
Third crappy thing was the bolts that hold the Swingarm Extension look to small , i would like to see bigger bolts for safety reasons ...It does look pretty cool Extened ... So i guess that's not to crappy ...

Last but not least Monday is my Court date for my 101 in a 60 mph ticket......If bad things really come in sets of 3 i'm really in trouble Monday...

Just to refresh my memory, is this the ticket the ass car cop gave you cause he couldn't catch you friend? And he was making bad comments about other MC cops as they went by? If so, look up his record on MC tickets. Kinda late now but you did say you had a lawyer?

I hate to say it Smokin but my guess is that it will take several court hearings to get this taken care of. Unfortunately our system had the best intentions in giving the defendant the ability to a fair hearing... which means the defendant will have to have a plea hearing, and possibly a status hearing and then maybe even a jury trial. It all depends on what your attorney has been able to find out. If the DA knows that they don't have a case... they will probably not just drop it... they will try to make a deal... It still may benifit you to take it to trial... If they don't budge then they feel they have you. Hopefully your attorney has been through a lot of these. He will be able to read them for you. I wish you the best... Good Luck!!

Lee, you mean the chain guard bracket on the swingarm???...Just bend it back and forth till it snaps off, thats what I did on my 12...Who cares about the missing bracket now, nobody can see it

Sorry to hear about the ZRX and how many passes did ya have on the OEM basket???
