ZX1KR...I was running at 4K in 4th 5th and 6th testing the power...it seems to me that at 4K before the throttle plates were removed, they were not opening fully...just seems that the power was dead until I pulled the plates...I could be wrong, but the bike pulls much harder now in high gears at 4K up with them removed...I don't know how else to explain that. I do know the bike needs to be re-timed though; there's quite a bit more to be gained there as well

It might be that they are opening partially. But, they are definitely doing something in 5th & 6th gear to pick up 10 hp & 17 Tq. at the same rpm just diff. gear. I can't wait to get a damn PC so I can comfortably pull the flies & got the hard #'s before & after I dial in this beast. I will also be getting the ign. module. Just for the record I ordered a couple of PC's from Dnyojet for the 14 if anyone is interested let me know. I'm a Drag/Parts unlimited dealer & they're saying they wont see them till 09/15/06. Dynojet says they will ship to me end of June, beginning of July.
