Look what my dealer got in. (not a 14)
My local KAWK-YAMI-KTM Dealer got this as 'his' bike, but he decided to sell it. He REALLY wanted me to ride it. He knows me too well.
I resisted.
I questioned him on the $$ and told him that it is priced 1k? higher than the 14 I was planning on buying from him. The OTD prices are now within $300.

Sold my Adventure a few months ago. When the new 990 SM comes out, or maybe the Super Duke, I'll drop the coin. That'd be too much fun!

A lot of the 'better' KTM's weren't coming to the USA because of the exchange rate. Due to the weaker dollar, they'd have to charge too much for them.
Hopefully they changed their minds.

Talked to my KTM dealer a couple of days ago. He already has the Adventures and SM's (950's). Said he was already cleared on his order for Super Dukes, but it'd be "next year" before he got them. I'm not sure if he meant calender year or model year, but they should be coming.

My buddy has the orange SM...450 I think? Last year's model, he paid around $6k US, then spent another 1k to get it race ready. Slipper clutch, revalved suspension, sliders all over the place...I can't remember what else. Awesome bike.

If it was a little cheaper..........
It may be too one dimensional for be, but you can buy a KTM tank bag for it.
