myrtle beach was hot

i went to bike week in myrtle beach last week, not many 14's on the road, most folks haven't
lay eyes on one. i saw a few blue and red ones, but black was the popular color.

one things for sure, the zx-14 has the attention of all the busa riders. they won't say it, but it
can be seen how they look at the 14.

this bike hates traffic, that poor little fan caught hell on the strip.(only one fan) the 12r had two.

i saw a lot of hot bikes, all brands, the most popular trend now is the wide tire kits.(240 &
300) i went back and forth on which one i want, and came to conclusion that it will be the
240 kit.

the 300 wide tire kit looks crazy (that means hot for you slang impair folks) but the 4 sprocket, two chain thing is a bit much. so the 240 will do, maybe bump up the tire size to
250-260, at least you'll be able to ride it kinda fast. the 300 is for the cruizer set.

the 14 is coming on strong now, i got three partner with one now. two blues and a black,
and of course my black beauty,( muzzy full system, muzzy bones, soon myrtlewest 3-9 ext.
swingarm(until i get my 240 kit) powdercoat & polish wheels, 210 section Metz.

clean & classy(less is more)

from kz to gpz to 12r to 14(and lovin it)

Does the 14 really hate traffic, tommyz? BTW, thanks for pointing this out to me. Here is how I read your quote:

"this bike can handle the worst of traffic, that proud little fan caught enough air thru the blades (using "only one fan") whereas the 12r needed two!"

The only thing overheating on my bike is the rider. Damn idiot is "head turning 360 degrees" looking for the red gumball machine; sitting there (overheated) waiting to whack the throttle open.
Myrtle beach might be "hot" for babes, but when you call your town "Thermal," (CA.).. now we are talking, HOT!

So the thing about the 14 running hot wasn't totally true? I am hearing different things on it from riders that were there.

You need a switch to turn the propellers to push instead of pull
while you wait at the lights or move slowly in a traffic jam
