Um---actually each side has its own pair of adjusters. If you just adjust the right side thats all you will have---right side adjustment. Another thing is you have to use the high beams for adjustment. The left side low beam is more of a flood type light and the right is more of a spot. I discovered all this when I installed HID on both of the low beams. There is an adjustment at the top for vertical and, you have to take the bottom panel off, an adjuster at the bottom for the horizonial adjustment. But, as I stated, each side adjusts independely of the other. Lotta work

EASY, you saying that the 2 low beams are not the same? You are sure about that? I'm about to do an HID install myself, on all 4 beams...was just curious. BTW, where did you install the ballasts?

Yep, I am afraid that is the case. I guess its a good idea when you think about it. The left side (oncoming traffic) is more of a wide spread light and the left is more of your typical headlight. I learned all this trying to adjust the left side light----I kept looking for that spot as was on the right side. I even switched blubs thinking it was blub issue---not.
Wow FBA, you are going to have to be really creative to install 4 ballests and 4 ignitors!!!
I put the low beam units, on each side, in that little space between the ram air and the fairing. The is a pice of foam in there that snugly holds the two units---I have no idea where you would put 4. Remember to use the high beams for adjustment---hope this helps.

Also FBA----I could never get the adjustment correct 25' from my garage door. It was by trial an error riding it in the middle of a very cold night. But I would think each of us like the lights adjusted for personal taste. I like mine a little high so I can ensure that oncoming traffic sees me.

Thanks for the info EASY...the boxes are quite small so i'll try placement on both sides of the front and I'll just have to work on the adjustments and take my time doing it somewhere on a long dark stretch of low traffic road...the 25' thing doesn't bother me...it never really worked well for me in the past anyway!
