Seats
Went to my local dealer and his first arrival had a seat for two but most of the pictures on this forum are showing a seat for one. Is one seat an option? Please help.

That's just the seat cowl you are seeing. It is mounted on the seat covering the passenger portion of the seat. It comes off with four bolts. It should come with every ZX14.

Hey flyboy there is a cover that goes over th rear section of the seat. It should come standard with the bike the dealer should know this don't let him charge you for it.

I believe that it's already attached to the seat whenn shipped in the crate. Mine was.

Yup, mine was bolted to the seat when it was uncrated. Make the dealer give the cover to you when you buy the bike, it's included from the factory.
Reminds me of trying to buy a Shoei X-Eleven helmet locally, they tried to charge me for the carry bag, breath (nose) guard, and chin screen thingy... the problem is that all of those items come with the helmet for FREE! 
Needless to say, I bought my helmet mail order. It came with all of the options, and was much cheaper.

Damn they tried to get you! Smart thinking and yeah they come wih the cowl over the seat! Look a little harder next time!
