Well, considering that you called all of us Busa riders a slew of names and then locked the thread, it's surprising that you'd start this one anew. We gave you all a chance to rub it in our faces (even considering that we were all betting on the 14 to win) and make a cool new video but, you instead chose to talk a hill of smack and then lock the thread. Whassamatter...SCARED?!
Apparently the 14 isn't all that Kawi made it up to be, as it's riders are apprehensive about a fair challenge that DOESN'T include a paid Kawasaki rider (that'd be Gadsen).
Take the challenge or don't but, live with your decision either way...

Every thread Twisted (from the SuzHay board) participates in should get locked, both here and on your board. Nick got the thread started just fine, but Twisted hijacked it like he does everytime. I am pretty sure he doesn't even have a busa anymore so he has no business being in any thread of Busa against a ZX thread anyway.

Part of the problem here is that I doubt there are more than a small handful of owners on this board that are anywhere near you, and compound that with the even smaller handful of people who would be willing to participate in that type of racing. I love going fast as much as the next guy, but am I willing to go 180+, side-by-side, with some schmo that I've never even ridden with before? That'll probably never happen.

Let's face it, most of us buying big bore bikes are already trying to compensate for small balls. Small balls require proper massaging, not blatent challenges which may result in performance anxiety.

I followed the previous thread but decided to not comment once it started down the wonderful white swirling bowl of smack.
However, this is a nice new thread and that won't happen with this one, right?
The problem as I see it is pretty much as Dubious said -- Why in the world should anyone believe that the Busa will be showroom stock? To assume so would be utterly foolish. It's a sucker's bet.
"Trust us" - Yeah, right...
The only way it would be a fair competition is for someone on the Busa side to buy and bring a brand new Busa right from the showroom floor, ride it out to the run area, then run it against the new 14. Not likely to happen.
But hey, I'm sure there's plently of "stock" 12rs out there for you to run against...
No, they're stock, really - trust us...

Maybe the case sometimes but not the general rule of thumb IMO. I just love lots of power,the kind that let's you twist and go without a 2nd thought. i say, if a vehicle comes with engine size/power options, it was really made for the biggest most powerful one they offer. And dats dat! .
