14's Arrive in The Midwest US

Unfortunately not mine.

Both black bikes. Both sold to people ahead of me in line for black. He said that my blue one will be in...................wait for it................... NEXT WEEK.

I actually got a call at work from a local dealer that I had stopped by at a few months ago. At that time, they were not accepting deposit's and said they would call me when the bikes came in. The guy wrote my name and number on a post-it note. They didn't seem very interested in selling me a bike so I left thinking I would never hear back from them. I was surprised that they called.
I returned their call and he told me they had a 14 on the floor and I could come and check it out. I asked what color it was and he said, "black". He then added that it was pre sold. Gee thanks. I didn't know what a 14 looks like but I want to buy one.

I of course called the place that I have a down payment with and said that this other dealer had a 14. Time to put a little heat on! They said they got the 2 black ones and that my blue bike will be in in the now legendary, "next week".(tm)
My loan application expires in about 10 days so I also reminded him of that. He said they would call me with a VIN when it is in the Chicago distribution center. They better.

A friend of mine pick his up from Carrelton TX and Joe got his last night in Lincoln Nebraska. Dealer said should be some time this week for ours in Kansas... Every dealer is just getting (1) bike till all dealers get there (1). then the bike count will go up from there.

Nothing in Fort Wayne yet... or my dealer sold the first one out from under me and disregarded the fact that I had the first deposit made...

Someone posted from Galveston and said that the Houston area dealers all got blue. I think he was on the zx14ninja.com board.
