THE DR 650S THAT WOULDN"T START!
Well I did it, I finally got the ol' dog to bark!
After a totally new top end from the cases up,
I managed to get the thing to start!
I spent countless hours researching the proper
starting secquence and found it today!
I rushed home and tried my new found knowledge and
presto!! She came to life!! Only to be distracted by my six year old son who said "Dad it's time to eat!" and I forgot what stroke I was on..... well I kicked....and the bike kicked HARDER!!! OUCH!!! My foot should heal soon, I hope??
I would like to thank all who participate in these forums
and share their experiences with others! I've been involved with forums based on my Dodge Ram, my collection of old Sears garden tractors. All of which have helped me better understand things that have had me scratching my head.
If you are new to this don't be shy, throw your two cents in, heck it may help someone who can turn around and help you in a pinch?!
