Still work in process
Just got back from the MIC Symposium. "My" connections say it's still being tweaked and track tests are continuing. The good news is that it's gonna be bitchin when it comes out. It has a viable chance to be the open class leader when all the smoke & bullshit stops. Can't say much more; for now...

Yep - everytime they give it a tweak the price goes up and the delivery date gets pushed back. They've already jacked up the price $300. It's starting to sound like the ZX12r fiasco of 2000.

I think that the main reason for Your US price going up is the ever increasing sinking of Your beloved $. And atleast in Europe they are saying it will be on market jan/feb. And of course there is still some tweaking - whats the point in pre-pro if You don't make any tweaks??? But I think it will be very good - if not the best. But it will be hard to make the mags like K over Honda...

Speaking of track testing. How has the testing been going so far for team Kawasaki? I think there have been at least 3 track tests that I have heard about, but other than E'Boz being "jazzed" at the first test, there hasn't been any tasty tidbits about the progress / results. I wonder if E'Boz was really that jazzed, since he left for a Ducati ride. I know, he wanted to race just Superbike and Kawasaki wasn't going to race Superbike.... But?
