exhaust packing

I have a TiForce exhaust system for my 04 zx10. Exhaust does not sound as loud as I thought it would be. Was thinking about removing the exhaust packing out of it. Can anyone advise if this is a good idea or should I change my system.

Lose the Ti force. You want a system with quality sound, like a D&D or a Racefit Slashcut.

D&D is junk....

Racefit slashcut is fugly

Ti Force is a good system.....if all you are going for is loud than anything will do. If you are looking at performance then you might hink about repacking the muffler you have with a different packing material. Or changing to a different style muffler. I woudl bet if you call Area P they can make a muffler that will fit your Ti forcer header.
