Seat cowl missing bit?
What is that little cut away section on the left hand side of the ZX10R 2005 solo seat cowl for?
Is this an emergency release system should the key fail. I have noticed this on all of them and wondered why.

Dunno what its for lastman but if its a release they put more thought into it than the rest of the design, mine rattled like a peice of junk till i stuck a load of tape around the katch
