Naaa............... Fish aint no roadracer, there are other things to consider. Like LOOKS.

Not dissing fish's riding ability........... .........I'll bet you that dollar...........

Me personally, I not sure if I can get past the looks....... and I have been buying bikes based on performance first and formost for 33 years now. I am literally heartbroke over the 06 10 AND 14's looks.

It's not that bad, is it? Had a chance to see them at the bike show in DC this past weekend and they look better in person. (imho) All I can say is that the Kawasaki display was the most popular by far all day. Their were people praising and denouncing the bike, but they couldn't stop look and taking pictures. Even the Busa boys were saying that the 14 was better looking in person. Look forward to a lot of converts. lol

"It's not that bad, is it?"

The 04/05 ZX10R has smashing good looks and incredible performance. A quality pipe and tuning link mapping provides killer power in a package that has it all in my eyes. Let Traxxion at the suspenders and it's about unbeatable.

The 06 weighs more, has to little headlight area and a terrible looking exhaust system. ( just my opinion of course.....no offense anyone...) If only they had made the mechanical improvements and left the beautiful looks alone.

Which brings me to the 14............MAN I wish they would have wrapped all that technology in bodywork resembling the 04/05 10R..........I would have already written the check....

I agree that the '04-05 version is a gorgeous bike, but due the laws of aerodynamics some changes had to be made to compete at the highest levels of competition. Move forward Kawasaki!
