Need Good Scott's Damper Settings!!

Any input on Scotts steering damper settings? There are three different adjustments and I want adjustments for the street, track, and/or street/track combined settings. I ride aggressively on the streets both at low and high speeds (don't nag about riding stupid, it is only on empty streets early morning). Any settings woould be appreciated and some input. Right now I have it set to some random settings. It still wiggles when I hit the throttle really hard and the front gets light and starts going crazy. Help!

Maybe you should put the dampner on your right wrist instead?
