New bits and bobs to fit to the bike....

Got some new bits on order from the NEC bike show in the UK.

R&G crash blobs, pretty much the whole kit. front spindle, bar ends, fairing, swing arm, can protector.
Also got a tail tidy from these guys too.
Anyone had experience of fitting the fairing bungs? Have to cut the fairing for a 25mm hole each side, so not really happy about that. :-(

GPR steering damper. Aparently all the Hawk Kawasaki team have got them now after a test with them on a single bike this year. The trashed all the Ohlins units and fitted these to their entire stable of 10 bikes.
Anyone got one of these? Still waiting for mine to turn up.........

Get a set of cheap chinito tranfer punches (maybe US$5). Find the one that fits in the hole left by removing the forward engine mount bolt. Put it in the hole, replace ALL the body panels and satisfy yourself that they are exacly where they need to be, then reach in and press on the inside end of the punch to mark the body panel. Take the panel off and drill it with a holesaw. Very easy to do on the 10R given the ease of access to the backside of the punch. Enjoy.
