Torq Specs
Does anyone know what is the torq spec for the following. Rear main axle nut, front brake caliper mounting bolt, rear brake caliper bolt, the front pinch bolts on the forks and the front main axle nut. Thanks!

Rear main axle nut, 81
front brake caliper mounting bolt, 25
rear brake caliper bolt, 18
the front pinch bolts on the forks - upper is 14.5 and lower is 22
and the front main axle nut. 81
all settings are ft/lb

Do you know what is size of that big center nut on the triple clamp? Also what is the torq for that particular nut. Thanks!

The online parts guide at www.buykawasaki.com says it's a 28mm.
58 ft/lb for "Stem head nut".

WRONG!!
I just did this like an hour ago, my service manul is still on that page, the big center nut on the triple tree, according to page 14-8 in the service manual, is 14.5 ft/lb for the "steering stem nut"

Look again. It's 58. 14.5 is for the steering nut under the triple-clamp. Not the one above. And you may want to re-torque yours if it's at 58. Not a good one to randomly work loose.
