Track Bike?
Hey All! Newbie here, been lurking for a month or so, since I got my Silver (the FAST color) '05 ZX-10. Great site, lots of great info, and some of you are too damned funny!
Anyway, I've been doing a lot of track days this summer, and a lot of race practice sessions, even though I'm not racing (yet!). The more I do, the less I want to ride on the street. My current track bike is a beat up SV650. It's nice, set up well, but it's an SV650. I really like my 10, and am looking to you vastly more experienced ZX-10ers to answer the question that's been bugging me for a while now: Does (will) the ZX-10 make a good track bike? I know up front that it's way too much bike for me to race, at least for now, but if it can be set up well enough, I think I have the self control not to high side it coming out of corner. It's light, powerful, and with the right suspension components (Hello Dan Kyle!), I'm just wondering if it's a good way to go. Thanks!

Might be more than a handful on the smaller (less than 2 miles), tight and technical tracks.
