I tried using the search for the answer to this with no luck. I installed the new euro turn signals and now my flash rate is normal most of the time but goes faster on random intervals. Is this due to the euro bulbs or....

Yep, it's the Euro bulbs. They don't draw enough current to make the US flasher work properly.

Either bulb should have same flash rate at all times.
If flash rate is changing then there is prolly a loose bulb/connection somewhere.

They are for Europe(you knew this was coming).
They make the flash rate higher when combined with the US spec turn sigs.
Use whichever ones ya want - puttin the US spec bulbs in the Euro's will return the flash rate to it's previous level.

The euro signal housing will take an 1156 bulb, and that will cure the flashing rate.
Send your old bulbs to Redelk if he still wants 'em? Red?
