Code School sent me an offer for suspension workshop
I'm not associated with the school at all (taking the basic level 1 class today as a matter of fact).
I got this in my inbox. I have not the time, money, or I think racing need to take this class (yet). Some of you might find it interesting. Here it is:
quote: Dear Rider,
Understanding Suspension Workshop .The simplified theory and practical application of 21st Century suspensions.
WHAT IS IT?
HOW DOES IT WORK?
CAN YOU MAKE IT BETTER?
DOES ANYONE REALLY UNDERSTAND SUSPENSION?
On November 22, 23 and 24th in the Los Angeles area the most complete suspension workshop ever will host two of the most suspension savvy people in the world: Author and world lecturer, Tony Foale and David Hodges of GP Suspensions.
I snipped out a lot, so as to not make this a commercial advertisement (again, no affiliation, yadda yadda).
If anyone might be interested, but did not get an email themselves, I'd be happy to pass the email on.
BTW, I'd kill to go out of pure academic interest. FWIW, I'm putting race-tech in my trackbike next weekend - the damn bushings finally shipped (have had the springs and emulators and oil for about four weeks now).
