I know this might sound dumb, but in your second picture, where is the unit "stowed"?
Also, would this interfer with a PCIII?

Definitely not. I have one of each and the SpeedoHealer's a great purchase. I mounted mine under the seat, though, next to the ECU and relays. Works fine and can't see it unless you pull the seat. I decided I didn't care about the top speed recall, so didn't worry about having it too accessible. Just wanted to hide my only complaint about the SpeedoHealer: the RED cable. Wish they'd try black; it blends so much better.

Extract the pins from the connector and slip a piece of heat shrink tubing over the cable.
