Torque spec 4 steering stem nut?

I am sure this has already been asked, but...
I just installed an Ohlins steering damper and need to torque down the steering stem nut.
What is the correct torque spec and what size socket, 36mm?

Thanks

58 ft lbs is correct, and it uses a whopping 36mm socket. I actually found one of them hanging on the rack at Sears. Pleasant surprise.

I got lucky and had one in my impact set. And there was enough room to use it.
