Awesome! I think the Masterbike is the foremost test of sportsbikes, as all the most important bikes are covered and the judging is based solely on track performance.

Funny, MCN seemed to feel the 10R was a bit too track oriented. Hopefully, there was some warm milk and cookies for them at the track luncheon.

"This is a great result for Kawasaki and underlines the status of the ZX-10R and ZX-6R as machines at the very cutting edge of Superports technology", said Howard Dale, Branch Manager of Kawasaki Motors UK.
"The ringing endorsement from the worlds motorcycle press is great news for us. It will also be welcomed as a vindication of their choice of machine by thousands of enthusiastic Kawasaki ZX-6R and the rapidly growing band of ZX-10R riders throughout the UK"
...hey cool!...is this where we see who gets band the fastest on this site?...no contest, man...we all know its the black ones

Or maybe I'm not looking at the right place but I don't found a list of the result. Maybe I'm blind. Could be my old age.

That's be a great read when its available. But on the other 10 forum someone else posted that the overall victory went to the R1. Dont know if there are class wins, then an overall winner. Although I dont understand if the overall winner was an open classer why it would not be the open class winner. ??
Here is the other post that had some detail

Erich, these are two different tests. The one you mentioned was performed at the Almeria racetrack in the south of Spain while the Masterbike test was in Catalunya close to Barcelona.

By the way, the Almeria test (Supertest World Association) was already published in a German magazine. If it's of interest I could post it ... but again ... it's in German!
