Question for k bryant? Just wondering how long roughly until the carbon fiber exhaust from Jardine for the 10R should hit the streets?
Also I was wondering if Jardine will ever make a dyno graph avaible to the public. Honestly, I'm a huge fan of Jardine but I never buy any exhaust without seeing a dyno first.
Lastly, does jardine ever think it might make a full system for the 10R?

No problem guys.
CD - I'm expediting the Slip-On myself. It is in full rush mode. Honestly, I'm hopeful I'll have something within the next week or so. I'm "racing" my son to see who get's their's out first (he does private label exhaust systems, but that's a whole other story...).
I will indeed have a dyno graph available for you to see. I agreed to not share the original development graphs, since the bike was a euro model and pre-production. I will have a production bike on the dyno later this week or next. I will happily post this.
Lastly, no plans on the full system. Simply put, in the big picture, the market is, and has been, demanding Slip-Ons. The market for full systems, especially on a bike that comes with a very well designed titanium headpipe is limited. And with so many really good companies out there vying for a very small market share of headpipe sales, we simply choose to focus on the Slip-On. It really takes an extensive effort to design & develop a full system. And I believe you also really need to change the mapping to get full affect. That puts you at a full system, PC, & map. Big money and again, in my humble opinion, a fairly small (but very, very passionate) market. You've got lots of great choices on a full system. Some of them right on this board. Muzzy, Akropovic, Arrow, Yoshimura are some that I've personally tested and they work well on most machines (I ran a Muzzy headpipe on my personal 12). I have not tested Micron, Ti-Force or a host of others that appear to be well designed. But I would be happy to give you an honest un-biased opinion if I did test them.
kz2xz - I will most definetly make a sound clip for you and happily post it. Though it may have to be on the dyno making it. The bike we are borrowing hopefully later this week, is under the condition that the only "riding" we do is on the dyno. Perhaps when he comes to pick-it-up, we can get him to romp on it. My personal 10 will not be broken in for awhile, as I only have 8/10ths of a mile on it since servicing the battery Saturday (I'm a by the book break-in guy).
Thank you both for asking and I'll follow up ASAP!

Sounds great. I've literally been holding out until the Jardine comes out because of how much I like the deep sound and power gains it offered my 600's of the past. I hope to see the same with the 10R,just let me know when you post it.
Also, I was wondering if you are directly involved in some of your sponsored teams? Jardine is actually sponsering my Friend and his brother Helmet Kohler and Mike Long, and developing full systems for them. They race for Southren Califorina Triumph? Any of that ring a bell? In fact you guys even have one of his race bikes, designing a full system for him. Small world huh?

CD - Wow, it is a small world isn't it.... I do get involved with every race program and/or dyno run we make. I do most of the "riding" myself on the dyno. I enjoy our newest associations such as this project, just as much as our Honda program. It's all about making power!
It's kinda funny, we bag on the "Trumpet" guys mercilously... All in good fun though. I actually think the red bike looks cool. The bike reminds me of a Lamborghini. The lines are sharp.
Anyway, with the stock motor he dropped off, we did a baseline, then installed a Bolt-On. We gained over 4 hp. Now we've cut off the stock S-bend at the collector and installed a new 2-1 merge with high mount large diameter S-bend and a short motogp type carbon muffler. We're going back on the pump today. We're hoping for a total gain without remap of 8 - 9 hp. We'll actually be stopping there. Because until we get his race engine, it would be a waste of time to design a set of headpipes around the stock engine configuration, along with anykind of remap.

k Bryant, how much power should we expect from the Jardine Slip on a production bike(zx10) Muzzy posted aroudn 5 to 6, then another 5 to 6 with a pc3/race fuel. Is their pipe close to these numbers?

The pre-production model bike we tested on averaged 3-4 hp pretty much through the powerband with our Slip-On. The stock fuel curve sniffed fine. No other changes. We will be testing a fully broken-in stocker tomorrow (thanx D) and I'll post those #'s tomorrow. We also made a Bolt-On (utilize the stock S-Bend) and it averaged 2-3 hp increase.
There's another thread going from kcadby on the Muzzy Slip-On, besides Muzzy's own data. So if you're asking my opinion about theirs, I have not tested it. But I would have no reason to doubt their numbers.

Ti S-Bends in the chamber now being welded. Mufflers already done. Looking good for being in a box next week!
Production bike is here now with 2200 miles on it (thanx "D"). Have the Memphis Shades Factory Yamaha Dirt Track bikes taking up the dyno today. So... will run on the pump tomorrow and post the numbers.

Nope. My bad. Perhaps it's something we can rope "D" into doing and/or "terriable trio" swft, redelk or fish-antlers who got their systems sent to today...
FYI - The Slip-Ons are now in stock. Bolt-On is still 6 weeks out.

I didn't test that, but let's try it on yours! Come on up and we'll record both. And since you've tried the Bolt-On now for a week or so, let's try the Slip-On for awhile and send you on your merry way with one of those!

KB> can I be an official factory tester for you overseas, I promise to bring buyers and be a good PR guy for you, and I will wear a big Jardine patch on my jacket.
