Is the 10r too small for you?

How tall are you and what do you weight? I'm 5'7" and about 230lbs and when I sat on one at the dealer I could only put one foot on the ground. I had to lean the bike over. Not used to that. I ride a Vmax and I could sit at a light with both feet on the ground. The bike, at least for me, sits up to high. I only have a 29" inseam. I assume it can be lowered?

5'11" about the same weight, figure it's easier to lose weight than make horsepower. Will let cha know in a few months.

Bike feel great, I like the fact that it sits high.

I'm 6-2" 32"inseam and am 270lbs. Had a chance to finally sit on one at the dealer
today, and was impressed at the comfort. Have owned '95 @ '98 ZX-9s
and 2000 ZX-12 and felt this bike is close to the ZX-9s!
I also was suprised at the hieght of the seat for such a small bike.
I like.

I fit, and I'm 6'4 250 lbs, the thing I didn't like was the windscreen or lack of. But thats because I'm use to my 12. I would definetly get this bike

I'm 5'8" with an inseam of 28". I figure if I can ride a 12, I can sure as hell ride this little 10. But yes, it's tip toes only for me when stopped. I normally just lean toward the brake side at long lights because I like to find nuetral and sit up to relax a little.

I'm 6'3" at 220lb with a 34" inseam and feel very comfortable on the 10. Will say though it's about useless for a passenger, my wife is 5' 3" and 120lb and has zero room. If we go 2 up then it's on my 89 ZX-10.

5' 11", 248.

Very comfortable, better than the CBR1000F I used to have.

5'9", weigh 176 lbs., she does sit a little bit hi in the rear, I had to lower my 12R front and rear and sit flat foot on it. I do like the way the 10R has no problem with ground clearance though and that is worth the tip-toe at the stop lite to me.

Well, I'm 6'2" and my girlfriend is 6'3" - looks like we will be keeping the '12 . I love the look of the new 10 though, I just went to the dealer (to get a tire replaced - see my post in the 12 forum) and saw a blue and a black model - WOW... they are HOT!!! I didn't sit on it, but it DID look small. About as small as the 636 that was next to it. I still owe about 2500 on the '12... maybe I should trade her in for the 10 anyway....... ?
