Can't quote figures yet. But yes, it's similar stock (ours was a pre-production model).
Power increase for a Slip-on was substanial across the board and more pronounced on top. Fuel curve stayed consistant. We changed the S-bend from the collector back. We did away with the exhaust valve. All the valve does is allow the bike to pass EPA sound requirements when combined with a free-er flowing muffler. Anyone who says that the OEM's put these valves in for any other reason; is wrong.
It saves 4.9 lbs with the aluminum muffler/stainless s-bend. Will save a little more with Carbon and/or Ti. Retail prices are coming in at; $271 (alum). $425 (carbon), $450 (Ti).
We fit a 17" shell in there. We "angled" it like we do on the 600RR factory race bike. It looks really cool. Core size is 2.25", so it's a got quite the bark (we've got options to make it quieter if someone desires). Personally, I don't think it's abusive at all. With the exhaust being directly behind you, you really don't notice the sound as much (riding it). Oh man it sounds great!
We also made a Supersport Fender kit (same as 600RR) that gets rid of all that stuff in the rear. Easy bolt-on, black powercoat, looks great, saves another 1 lb. $80 retail.
In production now. We'll have them available by the Indy show (Feb 16th). Parts Unlimited will be the first to have them.
