Final Thought: Engine cut-out
I've read about each of these and don't know which one to pick.
Kevin C mentioned that he used the MPS and it was flawless so I am leaning that way.
It seems that I've heard lots of good things about Dale Walker as well.
Anyone have any thoughts about which is better to use at the dragstrip when footshifting?
Their adjustable cut-out times are different as well.
50-100ms for the MPS. Looks like 0-80ms for the Dale Walker.

I'd be setting up a hidden "normal/bypass" kind of switch for this with either unit so that I can still keep the horn.

Just my 2-cents...
You NEED to keep the switch with the spring (hole shot) adjusted RIGHT (all the time) for the shifter to work right...It would also not be as easy to "hide that switch" 
If you go MPS...you USE THE HORN BUTTON to shift...
I ran John's for MONTHS...NEVER missing not one shift...with the MPS and horn button...
With the shift lite...I would watch for the lite...when you see the lite you...push the shifter (GP shift patern) then the horn button...all within ms..
See lite...push-push...that quick...
John actually had a hard time getting me to hook the air back up to it because I liked (trusted) it so much like this...
I also know people that have used the DW with good success so...it's up to you buddy 
Only thing you need to hide with MPS is the arming switch though

Uh Oh. I think some brain fade may have set in!
For some reason I was thinking that the Dale walker was pretty much the SAME thing as the MPS, *BUT*, that the "switch" down at the shift lever was simply an option!
It appeareth that I was wrongeth!
I think this means that ol' Dale Walker DOES NOT have a product like the MPS one in the link above!
Is that right? If so, my minds made up, I'd go with the MPS.
It's good to bounce stuff off you guys to make me see the light sometimes.
Let me know if I've got it right now!

Well...actually...IF you used the horn button instead of "the switch" that comes with the DW...it would work the same...
Seems like youd be paying MORE for a switch youd never use...IF you want it to be stealthy...
If you don't want to use the horn button...the DW would be the way to go but...as I said above (diff. words now) the switch can be touchy on the adjustment...you at least need to check-re-check the adjustment from time to time...BEFORE you start missing shifts because it may have gone out of adjustment...
I personaly don't mind having more than one thing to do (pushing shifter AND horn button)...

hmmm... it seems like KC is talking about a button shifter and BA is talking about a cut out for clutchless foot shifting???? hmmmm...... Or perhaps its just too late and I am sleepy?

You're tired man. It's the same thing. I was thinking of going the way of others, and using my horn button to cut out the engine, even though I'd be foot shifting. (Kevin did that on Johns bike when they had air shifter problems)
Some people (like you!) with electric or air shifters use the horn button as well, but since I'm foot shifting, that changes things a little bit.
PS. thanks for the tip Kev, I guess the DW could be used like the MPS after all! Now you've got me thinking of some even stealthier switch configurations than that 'barrel switch' on the DW setup in the photo.

I used DW's setup on both of my bikes. The switch isn't very noticeable and I haven't adjusted them in years.

Nuther thing I like about using the horn button AND my foot is...it MAKES you put your feet on the pegs in first gear (I know the DW will do that also)...
I tend to get lazy with air shifters and not put my feet on the pegs till AFTER I'm in 2nd gear

BA,i have a mps box for sale and a brand new zx12 air shifter wire harness.I think this is exactly what your looking for and i'm shipping stuff tomorrow so let me know. davegalbiati@shaw.ca
I just paid 65 bucks for the harness and would be looking to get $130 delivered both items
