I have one and it works great. The customer service was top notch. I talked to Eddie Krawiec when I ordered it and we talked for 20 min like he knew me. Received the shock, made a few passes and it needed some fine tweaking. Eddie said to call him from the track anytime, so I did. He told me what adjustments to make, and its right on

Eddie gave me a touch too stiff spring, so I had to have JRI swap it, but now its spot on. I love it. My bike hooks when others wont, and at my last event, I had the timing retarded 9 degrees, and 13 percent fuel taken out......, and still did a 1.35 short time on a dot tire with no bars.
