Wilmington Mile
Hello,
I'm sure some of you have read this elsewhere, but there is the possibility of having an
LSR event in Wilmington, Ohio. There is talk on other boards about it so I thought I would
post here as well. If some of the more computer savvy individuals could post some links
that would be great. Go to wilmingtonmile.com.
Thank you

Yup, Sean is getting after it.
having an event in Ohio would be great.
SH.org has a couple threads about it in the Maximum Overdrive section

With this event being only 40 miles from my house I'd be crazy not to go.
On another note, if this takes off, it will help out Wilmington greatly. The airpark is close
to the town itself and there are plenty of hotels and restaurants. Easy access from the
interstate as well.
Wilmington took one in the balls when DHL left.
Later...

I used to work at that airpark as an aircraft mechanic for 16 years.I've been following this attempt to run there with great interest and I can honestly say that I want it to happen too.The downside is that you all shouldn't get your hopes up.I've learned over the years to not believe anything you hear about that place until it actually happens.Don't get me wrong,I'd love to go there and do some speed runs. It's less than 20 miles from my house.I just don't see everything falling in place smoothly for it to happen.
