Friend and racer killed last night...
I know a few of you knew him (dean/kevin/steve/Harry)
Shawn Pace (silver/blue busa) was killed last night on his bike out at the beaches.
I really am pretty torn up about this....This is the first friend ive had die on a bike.....I dont enjoy news like this at all 
He is survived by his expecting wife

that is absolutely terrible news. Sorry to hear you lost a friend man.
will say a little prayer for the wife and hope she continues with a normal and healthy pregnancy.

Truly a tragedy when any friend dies but the expecting wife part is the worst.I hope she will be ok in time

Arrgh this is awful. I hope he didn't suffer and that his wife is well taken care of. Life is so short.
Do you know what happened? Not that it matters much.

Everyone wants to go to Heaven, but no one wants to die to get there. Only the good die young, look at how many second , 10th and 40th Chances I have had. That is how you got to look at it. You guys are young and most of your friends are alive. I am 60 this year and most of my friends (the few I had) are dead. Other than 1 Aunt and Brother, there is "NO" one older in my family!
I said these things for a reason. there is one dissadvantage of long life, you get to see all of your family and friends die. This is a very hurtful thing to live through. He will not go through this! I hate it for you because for a while, it will take all of the fun out of your bike at a time when you were just getting ready to "Really" Enjoy it! I hate that for you!
Do you know what Happened? His fault? Bike Fault (It was a Busa)? Another person's fault? Wierd freak accident? (All I want to know is "Was he having fun at the time"?)

That is a tragedy, I feel it everytime I hear about such things. I only hope his wife has the strength to carry on as she must do. Thoughts and prayers...

RIP Shawn.His busa was the first busa I ever rode.He and I raced each other.It was a close race.
My condolences to his family and friends.

Latest news is that he was traveling around 40mph when a car pulled out in front of him...he had no time to react or brake....suffered massive internal injuries and died of a heart attack on the way to the hospital.
He was wearing his gear.

I saw the bike all busted-up on the news last night...was HOPEing I didn't know the rider when they said he died...
Just awfull hearing this...
It hasn't quite sunk in who Shawn is yet (very ruff day today manualy tunning a ZX12 with a Yosh-Box...yes I CAN be that dumb) but I know it will come to me...
Very sorry for the loss...
