spark plugs

Well I found one symptom of why it won't start. All of the plugs were carboned up. I had been using CR9EK. Does the iridium plugs make that much of a difference? What other choices are there?

how is your mapping? i would think the big motor could actually take a 10.... but that would foul even sooner

I ended up trying the cr8ekpa per the manual.
