Hi Karl,
I have a 05 ZX12 with full pipe and PCIII. This is a race only bike and I'm look to run E85. I had it on the dyno and stock fuel injection could not keep up at 42psi, I just put fuel pressure regulator on it. Tom and I crunched some numbers and it looks like I can bump up my flow rate from 410 (stock) to 430-440cc/min. What do you see when bumping up the fuel pressure ten pounds at a time? What is the max psi you have ever ran on stock 12 injectors and pump. I still don't think this is going to be enough so now I'm looking at putting on Bosch EV14 injectors at 43.5psi is 650cc/min. But they look like they are for a ZX14. Same spray pattern? Please let me know if you have any advice for me.

the 05s have 410cc injectors???
my 01 with 310cc injectors (stock) is running the stock FP with pressure bumped to 64psi(from 41). my wideband took a shit so i didnt get a chance to really tune my new setup, but it ran ok all wknd at the track. (motor should be ready for synthetic)
