what is up with the NHRA Kawasaki

i have been trying to follow as much as it is in the national dragster mag but they are not putting out enough power. is it dead now? do they have more things to try. my opinion is it better be something big to try cause they are not very close. sort of close but not very.
with the rules being opened up for a drag engine onbe off legal cc sixe should not be a issue like the old kz base block which put them out of the race. come on muzzy lets get on it.

I heard that they are suspending the ZX14 program for NHRA Pro Stock,I don't think they can get it to make competitive power. The Suzukis are still GS platform and Kaw will not support anyone using the air cooled KZ platform. The harleys are whatever the NHRA lets them be...who knows what that engine is,but if the Jap manufacturers were given the liberal rules that harley has maybe there would be a resurgence. Doug Meyer may have some inside info or maybe someone else with ties to Muzzy.

this sucks. kawasaki needs to be seen. i bleed green blood on street bikes (red for dirt) and am sick of sucking hind tit. i hate to say it (though been said before by better) but susike takes care of thier faithfull better. what happened to the days when kawasaki ruled for a long time. are we done? what really sucks is it seems like you have to go to a GULP harley to go fast and be backed by money.

Kaw does not care. If they did, the would have made a different design motor.

There is no need for them to care. PSB gets about 1/10th of the coverage that the rest of NHRA does, which is nil, compared to other motorsports.....

If the factories would just increase the bore spacing and be done with it the whole world would be better.
