ZX12 Steering Damper Opinions

Okay guys, I want some input on steering dampers. I have a hyperpro, and I love it, it works very well, and has saved my butt at the track numerous times.......

I want a Pro Street tank from Catalyst..........., no way to mount the plate as far as I know........

I know there are some options of others, including the pricey muzzy, that do not mount to the tank ......, if you have any of these, what are your opinions of them,...........

I have a Scott's on my 12R. Works very well. You have to drill two holes in the frame.

i've mounted a Scott's for a friend, and I use a Muzzy's.
fittment? give me the Muzzy's, it's a jewel..
performance? dunno, but my bike is rock-solid no matter what speed or track conditions. I have come down from l-o-n-g 2nd gear wheelies on 1/4mi and no shake whatsoever. No issues whatever in 1mi and 1.5 mi.

Thanks for the photo scott........

And thanks guys for all the comments........

As far as the Muzzy goes, if they would sell me just the mounts, I would be good, as the hyperpro and muzzys are the same damper.

Scott, the Scotts does not touch the paint at all?

no, it doesnt touch the factory tank cover, mine is actually a bit closer than it has to be as theres a slot for error when drilling holes, and mines at the very back. and when if you get another bike, you just buy the mounting hardware, the dampers are all the same. saw one on a gs1100 the other wknd
