THANKS Todd that's excellent, I've never seen a video of my bike at Maxton, very cool!

You know it Ken, 19/33 gearing, but 5th gear naked. Hey are those Ti retainers available? Ryan should have a new head for me next week.
Karl I'll hopefully do both, start naked and then put a fairing on. Just finished fitting a one-piece front fairing that will hopefully be a bit slicker. I have no idea what it will run, I'm usually close to top speed at the mile, so I may not pick up much if anything at Loring. I want to go 220 naked.

Guy hasn't shown up yet for his head swap. Don't even know if he will for sure, unfortunately. I think I scored a complete Muzzy dry sump setup and a head with some custom grind cams and ti exhaust valves off of fleabay real cheap. Parts for my longterm project zrx.

Thanks 1adam12, and yep, naked is geared for 5th.
Nice find Ken, love to see your ZRX project. No worries on the retainers, I'll call Kibblewhite. I think the ZX10 and ZX14 share these parts, I know the springs interchange.

Deb and I grab misc photos and vids at the line all the time... your runs are always notable!

The 5 or 6 foot extendable steady stick Deb got me for the camera works great to extend up as well as down
Fairing looks excellent and is going to work awesome for you. I think you will be one to show the difference between faired and unfaired on a repeatable and accurate basis.
Would love to hear the notion of a bellypan add-on once you feel comfortable with or tap out the full frontage.

Thanks again Todd. The OEM upper alone looks to be worth 8-9mph, I'm amazed at the difference. I do have a bellypan, but will wait until some changes are made before modding it to fit. I'm excited to try this full front fairing, I wish Maxton was every 2 weeks!

Dean, how is the lower portion of the fairing affixed? I have a Supersport upper for the 14, but I would not trust the bottom portion to not bow out at speed.

I worried about the same thing, but this thing is stretched tight against the upper and rear mounts, and braced against the radiator sides. I will probably tie it in somehow, but I'm amazed at how tight it fits.
You looking for something new to point out to me in tech??? :P

Yes. I may install the Supersport at some point. It looks like with minor dremel work I can get the chin pieces to fit, but I just haven't had time/interest this season. I don't think I trust mine at speed without some work.
